Paghera Group One Doo can inherit the experience of over forty years in the construction business.
The early work of the company consisted in the renovation of buildings for civilian hausing; that allowed us to check and find out the constructions techniques of experienced craftsmen.
The analysis of these construction methods leaded to the ability to approach the problems in the constructions and find the adequate solutions.
The increased work and demand of diversified customers has evolved the company into more different constructions, like:
 - Large apartment buildings up to eight floors above ground;
 - Conversion of old barns and farm buildings in large villas;
 - Underground concrete structures, like caveaus and parking lots;
 - Infrastructures for the realization of villages;
 - Realization of docks, parking lots, sidewalks;
 - Road and railways structures;
 - Industrial and warehouse constructions;
 - Sport halls with foundations and support structures in concrete and superstructure in metal and glass.

Paghera Group is also specialized in the construction of landfills. It was one of the first companies to adopt the use of the "wire cage", as requested by the new italian laws, and designed, in conjunction with the technical staff, the first landfill for urban waste in the Brescia province in Italy. The company then provided the realization of the landfill.
Paghera Group, in conjunction with specialized technicians, has developed power plants that produces energy from urban waste and used that collaboration to optimize the construction activity.

Paghera Group has decades of experience in realization and maintenance of irrigation channels, both in concrete (artificial) and natural riverbed.
Channel and canals are decisive for the modern and future agriculture and for prevent the waste of water.
Paghera Group uses the most advanced techniques and know-how to bouild the best irrigation channels for the agriculture needs.

Paghera Group is involved in the construction of depurators. A depurator is a facility for wastewater treatment, a process used to remove contaminants from wastewater and convert it into an effluent that can be returned to the water cycle. Once returned to the water cycle, the effluent creates an acceptable impact on the environment or is reused for various purposes.
Paghera Group, in conjunction with specialized technicians, has developed depurator facilities for domestic wastewater (municipal wastewater or sewage), industrial wastewater, agricultural wastewater and leachate from landfills treatment plants.

Paghera Group realized water wells for potable water, or agricultural and industrial needs.
A drilled well is dug with a drilling machine with rotary or percussion technology. Upon drilling, the well is cased with a factory-made pipe, typically steel or plastic/PVC. The casing is constructed by welding, either chemically or termically, segments of casing together.
After drilling the well, a construction with pumps and lines can be installed over it. Paghera Group can also build the lines for the distribution of the water.

Paghera Group has experience in the building of dams, using concrete for large dams or natural materials for smaller dams.
The dams we build can create reservoirs of water for activities such as irrigation, human consumption, industrial use, acquaculture, and navigability. Hydropower is often used in conjunction with dams to generate electricity.

Paghera Group realized several railway lines and structures realted to the italian TAV deployment. TAV is the construction of dedicated high speed rail corridors, to prevent the saturation of conventional railway lines. The lines are mainly used for passenger services during the day and for freight during the night.
Paghera Group is involved in the construction of both the lines and the stations for the new transport system.

Paghera Group has built several roads and highways, both public and private. The experience of the company varies from the small municipal road to the major roads such as controlled-access highways or arterial roads andprovincial and state highways, with single or multiple lanes.
The construction also involve all the infrastructure systems that can be built in conjunction with a road, such as water, gas, data, phone and electrical underground lines.

Paghera Group realizes the structures for photovoltaic installations, as well as the facilities for the technical systems and the electric lines involved in the construction. The photovoltaic systems con be installed on the building's roof or with standalone, dedicated structures anchored to the ground.

Paghera Group renovates historical buildings like churches, museum, etc. The renovations of such buildings needs the knowledge of traditional building systems and materials, and the application of techniques to recover old buildings to a new, sustainable and secure use, respecting the history and the original charachteristic of the construction.
